The Turducken Breast is a boneless turkey breast stuffed with a boneless duck breast, boneless chicken breast and mouth-watering Cajun-Style Pork Sausage. This smaller version of the Turducken is 100% meat and is GLUTEN FREE! The breasts average 4.5 lbs and provide approximately 7-9 servings.
Thawing Instructions:
Turducken Breast must thaw thoroughly before cooking. For best results, remove from box and thaw in refrigerator for approximately 36 hours.
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 F. Remove from bag. Bake on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 3 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
