We are located on our farm in Branch, Louisiana, right in the heart of Cajun Country.

No, they will be delivered direct to your door by FedEx.

Is the spice included?
Spice is included free in every live crawfish shipment. You can add more to your order, but there is plenty.

How to peel crawfish?

Do you have any Mardi Gras beads?
We have beads, invitations, and lots of extra party supplies.

We’ve never done this before. Is it easy?
You need an outdoor area and of course a pot and burner, but with the right equipment and our instructions, you can’t mess it up.

When’s the season?
There is no legal season, but we start shipping as soon as we feel the crawfish can make the trip, usually mid-January until late June.

When’s the best time to order?
We think the prime time for crawfish is March, April, and May.

Can I hold them overnight?
Yes, you can. See our instructions.

Should I put them in water?
No, you should not submerge crawfish in water once we have shipped them. They can be stressed and may drown. See our instructions for care and handling.
